Pathways Netball NSW

The Netball NSW Athlete Pathway outlines how players progress from participation through to representative and elite netball.

It includes three stages:

  • Sparkle: Participation, skill development and enjoyment
  • Strive: Representative opportunities and emerging talent
  • Shine: High performance and elite pathways

Ballina Netball Association supports this pathway by providing opportunities for players to develop through local competition, progress into representative netball and State Titles, and access further opportunities such as Regional League.
