At Ballina Netball, we value the ongoing development of our coaches and umpires and are committed to supporting their growth through accreditation pathways, professional learning and practical application. 

Your Coaching Pathway with BNA

Opportunities through BNA include:

  • Coach a team within the local competition (all ages and abilities)
  • Coach within the Representative program, including carnivals and State Titles
  • Support development programs, clinics and emerging player pathways
  • Access coaching courses and accreditation through Netball NSW
  • Receive support and mentoring from experienced coaches
  • Provide mentoring and leadership as an experienced coach
  • Contribute to a consistent and positive coaching environment across BNA

    Your Umpiring Pathway with BNA

    Opportunities through BNA include:

    • Development through practical game experience
    • Feedback and support from experienced umpires
    • Guidance from our Umpire Coordinator
    • Opportunities to progress and build confidence in officiating
    • Umpiring within our Winter Competition
