Ballina Netball Association is a proud, volunteer-run community, bringing players, coaches, officials and families together through a shared love of netball.

We provide opportunities for players to have fun, compete and grow at all levels – from grassroots participation through to representative pathways – working collaboratively to deliver positive and inclusive experiences for all.

At BNA, we value resilience, skill development, leadership and strong teammate qualities. Through a focus on connection, positive culture, and honest, purposeful communication, we support individuals to develop as players, coaches and umpires within our association.

Our Purpose

Ballina Netball Association exists to provide high-quality netball experiences, in alignment to Netball NSW Strategic Plan, including a focus to:

• Grow participation, capability and awareness by creating accessible opportunities for all ages and abilities
• Play the game in a way that values skill development, teamwork, enjoyment and lifelong involvement
• Inspire a sense of belonging where our netball family welcomes everyone and fosters pride in our community
• Lead through strong governance, collaboration and a commitment to developing people, culture and sustainable pathways

This alignment ensures we are contributing to a broader, state-wide vision of netball as a leading sport that continues to evolve, expand and positively impact communities across New South Wales.
